An extracted image sequence is different again: it creates multiple stills on a schedule for comparison or analysis rather than isolating one chosen moment.
Scrub near the target moment and use the small backward or forward controls to refine the timestamp. If the subject looks blurred, try a nearby frame where movement is slower; choosing PNG instead of JPG will not remove blur already present in the video. Leave maximum width at zero to keep the decoded frame dimensions.
